Applies to Agency and Farmed Ad Accounts
“Client” refers to any individual or business purchasing or using ad accounts or related services from TEDREC. “Services” means the provision of advertising accounts, support, consultation, and related technical facilitation. “Platform” means third-party advertising systems including but not limited to Meta, Google, Bing, Taboola, TikTok, Outbrain, AdRoll, and Snapchat. An “Agency Account” is an officially managed account billed by TEDREC; a “Farmed Account” is an individually prepared, warmed-up account billed directly by the Client.
Accounts are provided strictly for running online advertising campaigns in accordance with each platform’s advertising policies. The Client is responsible for creatives, targeting, campaign structure, and strategy, and for maintaining compliance with platform policies. TEDREC is not liable for campaign rejections or reduced performance resulting from improper setup on the Client’s side. Services are intended for active advertisers; TEDREC does not provide accounts for sandbox testing or idle use. Clients running daily budgets below $50 should not expect priority handling; sustained low activity may lead to adjusted account fees.
Agency accounts are typically delivered within 2–10 business days, depending on platform approval. Farmed accounts are typically delivered within 24–48 hours. The Client shall not resell, transfer, or clone any provided account without TEDREC’s prior written consent. Accounts are delivered with a configured billing structure and access credentials.
All payments are made 100% upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. For Agency accounts, billing is handled directly by TEDREC. For Farmed accounts, the Client is responsible for their own billing method and its validity. Chargebacks or unauthorised payment reversals result in immediate termination of services. Setup fees may be waived as a courtesy for qualifying clients, conditional on agreed spend thresholds.
Certain platforms (e.g. Bing) require content review prior to activation. The Client must submit final landing pages, geo-targeting parameters, and ad creatives ahead of launch. TEDREC reserves the right to delay delivery until compliance requirements are satisfied.
Once delivered, day-to-day account stability is the Client’s responsibility, including proper warm-up practices, staying active in support channels, and safeguarding account access.
Agency accounts: refund requests are reviewed case by case and, where approved, issued as TEDREC wallet credit or a replacement account. Farmed accounts: refunds apply where a verified technical login issue prevents use of the account and cannot be resolved by TEDREC. Non-refundable items include setup fees, used advertising budget, and account actions resulting from the Client’s own policy breaches. Up to three free replacements may be included depending on the Client’s plan; further replacements are charged based on tier. Refunds are processed within 1–14 business days depending on platform fund release timelines. Complaints regarding domain linkage, billing status, warm-up status, or campaign presence must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Standard account delivery does not include campaign strategy or optimisation advisory. Clients who want ongoing support may request a dedicated Campaign Manager, billed at $2,000/month plus 15% of managed ad spend, or $150/hour plus 15% of managed ad spend. This includes ongoing monitoring, strategy adjustments, and performance-based optimisations. Clients who decline this service remain solely responsible for their own campaign performance.
Clients are encouraged to maintain a minimum of $1,000 (USD) ad spend per week across active accounts to retain priority handling, free replacements, and standard support response times. Sustained under-spending may lead to adjusted account fees or a review of continued service.
TEDREC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where the Client breaches these Terms, violates platform rules under a TEDREC-managed account, or where fraudulent or abusive behaviour is suspected.
TEDREC provides ad accounts and technical facilitation only, and does not guarantee campaign profitability, conversions, delivery, or account longevity.
Support is provided via designated channels only. Clients are responsible for remaining reachable and following instructions provided by TEDREC.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TEDREC is registered (Cyprus). Disputes are resolved by arbitration or in competent courts as selected by TEDREC.
TEDREC may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current Terms.
By purchasing or using TEDREC’s services, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
